Every item sold through Estate Sales by Perla LLC is sold AS IS and final. Due to the nature of our sales we encourage and provide our customers ways to make sure your purchase is in working condition before payment is rendered. We are a licensed company as such we also charge taxes, which will be calculated after the total price of your items.

Upon Purchasing furniture, you must move it on your own. If assistance is needed we are able to recommend a moving company to help you with anything heavy you need to move. There is also no delivery available by Estate Sales by Perla. You will be responsible for any and all damage caused to the home or property if something should happen while big item purchases are being moved.
While cash is preferred we do take credit and debit cards for purchases over $10.00
We reserve the right to limit, remove, or restrict anyone from the home.

I have been given the honor of this amazing estate sale for the late Judith Barbara Westfall

Judi was an iconic figure for our Pinellas County School System, she started teaching at the Clearwater Comprehensive School and as her career grew she served in different positions, counselor, project coordinator, Assistant principle of St.Petersburg High School, Principal of Largo High School and then Associate Superintendent for Curriculum, after retirement she continued editing digital curriculum. She was much beloved by her students, friends and family.
