We are unable to assist in the moving/loading of furniture. Baby Boomers Estate Sales and the homeowners are not responsible for any injuries/accidents while on the premises. We urge you to use caution in moving your items as you the buyer will be responsible for any damage caused to the property during the moving process. If you damage the home while doing this for whatever reason, you’re responsible for repairs. Items purchased must be picked up within 2 days. PARKING — Please obey parking regulations and signs. Street parking is allowed on one side of the street only. Please observe all posted parking signs. Understand that you will be ticketed if your vehicle obstructs the passage of emergency vehicles along the street. Please be respectful of the neighborhood.
