This is an estate sale, so you won’t have to bid on items like at an auction. Just find the items you like and feel free to negotiate with us on any day, and at any time. We accept cash, as well as credit cards and/or debit cards, but no checks though.

Beautiful clean home! Every room is full! Come on out and join us for a wonderful sale… NOTE about finding the house. There are 2 different Curlews. There’s Curlew Rd which everyone knows, but there’s also a Curlew AVENUE which is one mile south of Curlew Rd on 19.

You’ll want to turn west on Curlew AVE (if you’re heading south, then turn Right) but there is NOT a street sign at Curlew Ave though. However, you can just look for one of our ESTATE SALE signs on the corner of 19 and Curlew AVE. Also look for the tall big American flag 🇺🇸 on US 19 just south of Curlew AVE. One last thing to look for is Rodeway Inn and a little place called Red Diamond Senior Club. That’s where Curlew Ave is located, between those two businesses. Again, you’ll see one of our FULL HOUSE ESTATE SALE signs at the corner of 19 and Curlew Ave as well.

Just remember there are 2 Curlews. Make sure you don’t turn on the main Curlew Rd that everyone knows about. The house is on Live Oak St. which is at the end of Curlew AVE.

As far as PARKING, Live Oak St is a dead end street so please be careful when parking and turning around. Be mindful of mailboxes and driveways as well. Thank you. See you there!
