When attending our sales please be aware of our ESTATE SALE POLICIES:

PLEASE PARK RESPONSIBLY! Do Not Block neighbors driveways. DO NOT PARK IN, OR BLOCK THE DRIVEWAY at Sale Location. We use this area for Customer Drop Off & Pick Up for those who cannot walk a long distance to their car and for Customers loading large items.

This is a TWO DAY SALE, Saturday, & Sunday August 20 & August 21 from 10 am to 2 pm.
Be aware that we do not typically open our sales before 10am, but if we can...we will open a few minutes early...IF we can!!

We are not always equipped with manpower to help you load your purchases. We will have Dollies and hand carts for you to BORROW. If you buy a large or heavy treasure, you may need to bring the muscle with you for extra help. We do not deliver items. Though we do have names of reasonably priced delivery people. You are responsible for any damage caused to home or grounds while moving your purchases so please use care..

Payments: Cash! Debit or Credit Cards ($25 or over) , & VENMO, we DO NOT accept Checks. All items are sold "AS-IS" and all sales are FINAL. There are no guarantees by those selling or the owner. And no Returns.

Be careful, if you break it, you must buy it.

You must remember that this is a home not a public place. Please watch your step and adhere to the signs posted throughout the house. All homes are not handicap accessible and some have unusual steps or flooring. If you are unsteady on your feet, please take every caution and bring appropriate walking aids.

Do not enter designated places, open cabinet doors or drawers... all items available to the public are on display.

NO FOOD, NO ANIMALS, NO DRINKS OR SMOKING ALLOWED inside building.

You are at your own risk, on property and grounds and during this time of Covid -19 concerns. Watch your step, keep your distance and please be responsible for your own safety.
