* Please bring packing material for delicate items
* There will not be anyone to assist in moving large pieces so you will need to provide that yourself. We can make arrangements for a later day pickup once the item has been paid for. We will have a place in the driveway allocated just for the loading of larger items.
* We are not responsible for accidents or damage to any items.
* Items must be paid for in advance before any packing & packaging. Once an item is paid for the buyer is responsible for damage or accidents.

- This home was built by our parents in 1968 and our mother was a lover of collectibles and nice things.
- There are several vintage furniture items including a custom crafted hutch, wine rack, metal office desk from the 1950's, Original Baker side table, Henrendon Couch made in 1968, American Furniture by Martinsville 1950's dresser, Wicker and Ratan Furniture and more
- Crystal, China, a Crystal Set of Water, Wine & Champagne glassware from Germany 1960's, Depression glass, and collectibles some of which have the original paperwork

- Art work, some signed by artist, Home Decor, Wall Art and more
