Your name will be added to the list at the guard shack. Kings Ridge does keep their residents as secure and makes having an Estate Sale challenging, but I love a challenge and hope you'll make the trip and come say hi!

THERE ARE FOUR GATES, YOU MUST GO TO THE MAIN ENTRANCE ON HWY 27.
From Hwy 50 west, you can turn on Citrus Tower Blvd and follow it to 27 and turn left. Kings Ridge is 1/2 mile on the left
From Hwy 50 west, you can come up Hancock but do not go to that gate! You will have to go up to 27 and turn right to the main entrance.

Purchases can be made by cash or credit/debit cards (sorry, no checks).
Conducting business as an Estate Sale company, we are required to collect sales tax.

If you are purchasing larger items, please arrange for help in moving your new items. Let it Go Lifestyle's team is here to assist you with your purchases but is not permitted to move heavy objects from the home. Should you need to arrange an alternate pick-up day, please speak with Renee during the sale.
