For liability reasons, pets are not permitted on the property. Service animals are always welcome.
We gladly accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards with a valid photo ID. Please note that personal checks are not accepted, and a 3% convenience fee applies to debit and credit card purchases.
All purchased items must be picked up by the end of the sale. Any items remaining after the sale concludes will be considered abandoned.
Please plan to bring help if your purchases require loading assistance.
Family Values Estate Sales LLC and the homeowners are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur while visiting the property.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone at our discretion.
All items are sold as is, and all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges, so please inspect your selections carefully before purchasing.
Because we are busy assisting shoppers during the sale, we may not be able to respond to phone calls, text messages, or emails regarding item availability, measurements, or pricing. We appreciate your understanding.
