We do not give out any prices by phone. We are a business that must collect taxes. For resellers, you must bring a copy of your current, up-to-date resale certification for us to keep on file. An educator, mentor, and dedicated community volunteer, Toni made a lasting impression through her years of teaching and her continued commitment to the people and organizations of South Lake County.

Set near the beautiful Clermont lake shore, this distinguished property (listed at approximately 4,000 square feet) sets the stage for four days of estate-sale discoveries. Inventory offers practical household items, everyday essentials, and must-haves for a life on the waterfront (yes, including the lake boat).
