Another Lulu Sale has landed in Cocoa Beach! Her usual territory is north Florida but she is holding a special sale for a family friend in Brevard Co. She will add more photos as she and her team go through boxes. This is not a giant estate moving sale but  for this ‘A Man’s World’ sale there are lots of guy things:)  Plus, her sales are fun!! Please check back for more notes and pics.

9AM   START TIME  TOMORROW !! Please wait til Lulu comes out to greet you and don’t disturb the condo neighbors...I’ve posted a couple photos now that show the condo- it’s in the end, upstairs- and the garage space.

Hey hey!  The organizing continues here on Beachside for this small condo sale. Have organized several stereoosystems, the tools and have unwrapped pretty much everything this fella has left. If you’ve not been to one of my sales just know that  although not everything can be priced we are easy about selling multiples. The more you get, the better deal… There will be some things that I will have to remain firm on but let’s have some fun  it will all work out.  CHECK OUT THE NEW PHOTOS IVE ADDED…

This sale offers the items left by a gentleman that has lived in CCB for 20 years. He was of English/Scottish heritage, was a sailor, loved music and reading and photography. Although he took most of his furniture and sentimental belongings there are still some very nice things to choose from.

- specialized stereo and emergency radio systems, satellite system, etc

- lots of kitchen items

- decor items, lamps, rugs

- household cleaning products

- dry storage food items

You’ll see these signs on the streets and at the location. This is the garage part of the sale. I’m sure the fellas will be lining up here;)This is an older couch but super comfy and excellent construction with no tears or marks.The fella didn’t leave a lot of clothes but we liked these fun T ShirtsWe found several travel bags...This is a nice older Eddie Bauer.Sweet ornate mirror Method ‘Poppy Fields’ dinnerware with assorted glassware and some crystal glasses.We thought this vintage towels was cute;) there are several older tea towels, linens, etc. Albums albums albums. Most look to be a good shape...I don’t even think our fella cooked much be he has a nice collection of solid cookware.More kitchen itemsThis still needs to be checked out but according to the owner it is a great solid receiver Here’s your commercial break;) Gorgeaous CCB sunset...The scandal that rocked the world!Laundry room has lots of household stuffA few items from the Scottish Brit...Here’s comes the tools!A nice collectible Exacta V cameraWe have 2 Sony 3D glassesLove this well built work bench..The owner made this year’s agoWe have a couple of these Proxxon brand fine carpenter electric tools. Some surface damage but lenses are good.
