This charming river front Estate is one of the most appealing, well rounded, and eclectic sales we have been privileged to conduct and it is packed to the brim with fascinating things! In addition to the expansive main house there is also a separate studio that has functioned as an artist studio and storage for decades of treasures.

A few things to keep in mind...
- The home is located on Indian River Drive, there will not be access to parking directly on the property, please plan accordingly.
- The only entrance and exit for the home involves several flights of stairs, we can not accommodate anyone with difficulty walking. The home is not handicap accessible.
- The heat has been extreme recently, please stay hydrated. Even with the a/c lowered, the home will likely be quite warm.
