Due to the small space we have for this sale, we may have to limit entry to the home to no more than 10 people at one time. Numbers will be available at the door approx. 1 hour prior to the sale.
This is a small sale with a very tight time frame, so there will be NO PRESALE at this sale. We try to update our photos if items are sold or removed by a family member prior to sale date, so if you are coming for something specific feel free to contact me to see if the item is still available.
If you make a pile of items, you are responsible for breakage and must be prepared to pay full asking price for all items. Otherwise, you must negotiate prices before holding the item.

An awesome officer and a gentleman with 32 years of service in the Marines has recently lost his wife and decided to sell almost everything in the house and downsize. This is a relatively small sale, but there is a lot of truly lovely merchandise, from antiques to crafts, some furniture, nice outdoor furniture, Country Decor, kitchen items, great Christmas items and everything is in great and clean condition. Please check out the photos, more will be posted the eve of the sale as the family is in the process of claiming what they want and need.
