As well as our usual terms below, we are asking customers to observe our 'Covid Code of Conduct' whilst at our sales:
1. ALL GUESTS MUST WEAR A MASK AT OUR SALES
2. We are limiting the number of guests in the property at any one time. Please bear with us as there may be a short wait at the door
3. Practice social distancing and remain at least 6 feet apart from your fellow shoppers, inside the sale and outside if you are waiting
4. Please be kind and respectful to others while we all navigate our way back to 'normal' together!

Our regular terms:
1. All Sales are Final and AS IS, sorry absolutely no returns under any circumstances
2. One White Orchid is not responsible for the descriptions, condition or authenticity of items. This is an estate sale and all items are used and without any guarantee or warranty whatsoever. We will tell you about the items to the best of our knowledge, but our advice is no guarantee of accuracy. It is always your responsibility to make sure the items you buy meet your expectations before you purchase.
3 We accept cash and all major credit cards (3% charge). Sorry, we do not accept checks
4. One White Orchid collects sales tax as required by law. A 7% sales tax will be added to your purchase price during checkout. If you have a resale exemption certificate, please present it at checkout.
5. One White Orchid estate sales does not provide movers, nor do we assist moving items. Large items must be removed after the sale. We will be happy to recommend a delivery/moving service.
Please bring your own boxes and packing paper, we ask that you pack up your own purchased items at time of sale.
6. You are responsible for any breakages or damage to estate items or property. If you break it, you must pay for it.
7. No food, drink or smoking are permitted in the house. No large bags or large purses allowed.
8. We reserve the right to limit the number of clients within the house, but rest assured, everyone will get a turn.
9. Please park responsibly and be considerate of the neighbors, please do not block the driveway or sidewalks. Please do not park on the grass.
10. Pricing will not be given over the phone or via text.

This fabulous estate sale is in an impressive 5,000 square feet, 4 bedroom home in an exclusive waterside community in the heart of Coconut Grove. Everything is at an exceptional taste level and much of the assortment is from leading designer brands, most of it less than a year old.

Highlights include a stunning glass-top 8-seater dining table with pair of brass triangulate bases by Mastercraft and Foley mink velvet chairs from Crate & Barrel, a Perigold Capri 142" wide sofa & chaise and Fiona Sleeper Sofa from Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams. Other features include a Platner dining table, Avery and Lucy swivel chairs, also from Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams, a beautiful loveseat from ABC Home in New York, a pair of Charles Rennie Mackintosh Hill House chairs by Cassina, a Modrest Bryan bed, a Carson Carrington Talsebo nightstand, a Baxton Studio Kleisthenes modern upholstered daybed with guest trundle bed, Laclasica Chair, a Cooper mid-century leather swivel office chair and 49" industrial modular desk from West Elm, and a modern bar from Crate & Barrel.
We also have a an Orion glass crystal chandelier from Crate & Barrell, a mirror from Restoration Hardware and a bar cart from Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams, as well a Cirque rug from Jaipur Living, bar stools, vases, potted plants and more.
Outside we are selling a Sebastian outdoor 5-Seater sectional, two Safavieh Outdoor Living Newport Brown Chaises, a Zenova 10ft Solar 40 Leds Cantilever Hanging Patio Umbrella, and a KitchenAid grill.
We have an impressive assortment of men’s and ladies apparel, shoes and accessories, from outdoor wear to evening wear and designer handbags.
