Thank you to all our valued clients and customers for your continued support of One White Orchid. Please see our terms of service below.
Please do not call or email and request pricing, I can't stress this enough, there are thousands of items in this house!
1. All Sales are Final and AS IS, sorry no returns.
2 We accept cash and all major credit cards (3% charge). Sorry, we do not accept checks.
3. One White Orchid estate sales does not provide movers, nor do we assist moving items. All items must be removed the same day. We will be happy to recommend a delivery/moving service.
Please bring your own boxes and packing paper, we ask that you pack up your own purchased items at time of sale.
4. One White Orchid is not liable for breakage or loss and is not responsible for accidents, liabilities or claims on the estate property.
5. No food, drink or smoking are permitted in the house. No large bags or large purses allowed.
6. We reserve the right to limit the number of clients within the house, but rest assured, everyone will get a turn.
7. Please park responsibly and be considerate of the neighbors, please do not block the driveway or sidewalks. Please do not park on the grass.
8. Pricing will not be given over the phone or via text.

We’re back in Coral Gables again this weekend with a charmfest of an estate sale. This one is in a cozy original Gables home (built the same year as the Biltmore!) and it’s packed to the rafters with treasures just oozing character.
Book-lovers will feel right at home with shelves and shelves of reading material to choose from. The enchanting selection of furniture includes classic rustic chairs, tables and bookcases, as well as a delightful church-pew style bench.
From clocks, lamps and racks of clothes to decorations, modern and vintage electronics and unique curios, this is the perfect spot to find something to brighten up your living space this weekend. And there are lots of boxes full of ‘miscellaneous’ treasures to pick through. There’s also a Schwinn bicycle and a beautiful selection of potted plants outside, as well as patio furniture.
Everything is beautifully cared for so it’ll look fabulous when you get it home!
Doors open at 9am on Saturday. Parking is on the main road so please be respectful to the neighbors and park in the side streets if you can - it's only a short walk.
