Moving Estate Sale - Crystal River, FL

We will open at 9 am (no early birds) and we will close by 3 pm out of respect for the owner’s time preferences, so please plan accordingly for each day of the moving estate sale (Friday, Saturday and Sunday).

Purses and large bags are not permitted. Please leave in a locked vehicle.

The owner of the property, and hosts (family and friends) are not responsible for accidents or loss or damage to personal items.

CASH ONLY - Zelle will only be considered on purchases larger than $500. We do not accept checks or credit cards.

You break it - you buy it.

Moving and loading of items is the buyer’s responsibility, so please BRING HELP and materials to tie down. We do not load or lift.

First-come-first-serve. Items will NOT be put on hold or put aside - no exceptions.

With the exception of paid for large and bulky items (ex: furniture), all items MUST be paid for and removed by end of sale (3 pm) on the same day a purchase is made. Large, bulky items MUST be removed by the last day of the estate sale (3 pm on Sunday). Buyers that cannot meet the terms/conditions understand the purchase to be forfeited with no refund and items will be resold.

PLEASE NOTE: No reasonable offer refused / NO low balling / we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone - our research has determined only the probable identification and fair market value of items in this moving estate sale.

All items are sold “as is,” and are final - NO returns - NO refunds - NO exchanges - NO exceptions.

We do not take measurements.
