Please no bags or purses of any kind may be brought into the home. All personal belongings should be locked in your vehicle. There are some furniture items, please be sure to bring help and proper transportation to move these items. Buyer is responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. All sales are final and "As Is", no refunds or exchanges. Seller is not responsible for damage to items during transportation by Buyer. Seller is not responsible for accidents that occur while on property. Cash is preferred, but we will also accept cash transfers via Cash App or Zelle.
