Remember, do not follow your GPS once you exit Blanton Rd. DO NOT TURN LEFT AT THE CHURCH. Follow the signs. Look straight ahead for about 100 yards to the sign pointing right The house is about 1.6 miles down a twisting and turning road with a Legacy sign posted about ever ½ mile or so- have faith- the sale house is there.

DO NOT FOLLOW YOUR GPS once you exit Blanton Rd. Many GPSs will tell you to turn left at the church about 400 yds. Don’t do that.!!!

I have placed a sign at that intersection that will point you to another sign (150 yds or so) where the road makes a sharp right. Continue on that road with all of it’s twists and turns for 1+ miles of paved and unpaved roads. When you see the DEAD END ROAD sign you will be able to see the big Legacy sign. Right after that is the dirt road driveway through the woods to the house.

The driveway is a very long path through a lightly wooded area please park in the very lightly wooded are where there is lots of room if possible. If not please park in such a manner that buyers can easily back up trailers to load larger items.

Also note that there is a well marked area in the dirt path/driveway and a gopher tortoise decided to lay her eggs there. Please be careful not to disturb the nest.

As always, we will be passing out numbers around 7:00 A.M. There’s not much around that part of Dade City so, bring a book if you come early.
