Legacy Estate Solutions present a gigantic house (7,026 sq’) filled with impressive treasures.

The owner was an engineer and a former dean at the University of Florida. He collected all sorts of interesting treasures and was also a “prepper” with over 10 years of survival meals and 175 lbs of grain and a grinder to make bread.

As usual we will pass out numbers right after I complete putting out the directional signs. Probably by 8:00 AM.

The house has a septic tank right by the gazebo. I have put out orange cones outlining the area where the tank and the field are. Please do not park in that area or within 10’ of the driveway or behind the house. There is plenty of space and then some out front.
