THE EARLY BIRD GETS THE WORM!!
Starting at 6am on opening morning, we give out numbers based on the order in which people arrive and knock on the door. That way if you'd like to get there before the sale starts at 8am, then you can come to the front door and get your number and then go to breakfast if you'd like and come back at 7:45am (15 minutes prior to opening). We’ll make the announcement at 7:45 to line up in order of numbers . You don’t have to get there early for a number if you prefer not to, this is just a convenience for those who want to make sure they get numbers and get in first. If you don’t get a number, then you will however, be at the back of the line, behind those who arrived early for numbers, and you will be assigned a number. We sell things on a first come, first serve basis, starting at 8:00am on the opening morning of each estate sale.
Tucked away behind the tall pines of this country estate is a seemingly hidden/secret garden that adorns the back of this stately two-story home filled with antique Oriental treasures and gems.
As you enter the estate, you'll pass through the large cast-iron gates surrounding the enchanting gardens, filled with statuary and garden decor, as well as a myriad of potted plants. Peacefully meander and you’ll cross a little bridge over ponds filled with Butterfly Koi fish and beautiful cascading waterfalls. Watch for little rabbits along trickling streams, as well as the ever-present Buddah statues tucked under the trees and into the bushes of this mystical Zen Forest.
As you cross over into the large screened-in lanai on the back of the home, you’ll see yet another pond filled with Koi fish and a life-size 6 ft statue of an Asian goddess overlooking the pond, standing guard. Again, there are a large variety of potted plants as well as outdoor patio furniture and additional statues surrounding the elegant pool area.
Once you enter the gorgeous home itself, you’ll see an array of beautiful jewelry and fine antiques including bronze and wooden Oriental statues, antique clocks, Ironstone, militaria, etc.

•Based on the guideline of 25% of normal building capacity, and the square footage of this house, we will stay well within guidelines if we let 30-40 shoppers in at one time as long as we all stay 6 ft apart.
•Please maintain the 6 ft distance between other shoppers at all times, whether outside or inside the house.
•We will have hand sanitizer inside the house, at the entrance, for shoppers to use before shopping.
•Full House Liquidation will sanitize the stylus used for credit card signatures, in between each customer, as well as a daily sanitization of high-touch surfaces including doorknobs, countertops, handles, tables, toilets, faucets, sinks, etc.
