There will be no pre-sales or holds prior to the start of the sale.

I'm sorry, we will not be able to answer pricing or product information questions prior to the sale as we are very busy preparing all these beautiful items for YOU! Just grab a friend and come to the sale!!

Cash and credit cards are accepted.

6.5% Florida state sales tax will apply to all purchases.

You may park directly in front of the home on Peninsula Drive if space is available. A better option may be to park along Beachcomber St., just south of the residence.

No backpacks or large purses or bags will be permitted into the sale.

Please bring help to load large items.

All sales are final; refunds or returns are not accepted.
