•We reserve the right to open the sale early based on weather, crowd and to regulate number of attendees inside as sale area is crowded with items.
•Please bring proper help and supplies when you purchase furniture, we are unable to move items for you. If interested in the antique sideboard, please bring a sheet of plywood to place the upper mirrored portion as it is very fragile.
•No public restrooms are available.

This is a private sale, so no sales tax. I am downsizing and selling 30+ years of accumulation. Some antique, modern furniture and lamps. Lots of desirable Culver Glass from 50's to 80's and 100+ pieces of Roseville Pottery. Some MGM Libbey too including Merry-Go-Round and Galloping Horses. Photos show most but not all. Two Highwaymen paintings- a Willie Daniels and a Sam Newton. Both are available for pre-sale. Some Pyrex. Also selling an unfired Daniels Defense MK12 that comes with a Sig Sauer BDX digital combo rangefinder scope, one DD mag, bipod and factory hard case. Will pre-sell the rifle for $2100.
