All items are sold "as is where is". We will be accepting cash or check only. All merchandise must be removed from the property by the close of the sale on Saturday afternoon. There is a 10% buyers premium in effect for this auction. We will be collecting sales tax so if you are a dealer be sure to bring us a current copy of your tax certificate. All sales are final. Make sure that you bring muscle with you to help with loading. We will not have available staff on site. Also bring whatever material you may need to properly secure your purchases such as wrapping paper, boxes, etc. We will have bags onhand but that is all we can guarantee.

Join us for an on-site estate auction on Saturday June 1, 2013 at 1:00 pm with the preview beginning at 11:00 the same day. This is an ABSOLUTE auction so all items will be sold with no reserves. This is an entire house filled with furntiure, collectibles, dishes, artwork, etc. Including, upright freezer, portable dishwasher, washer & dryer, other small appliances. The garage is a man's dream come true! There are several tall Craftsman rolling tool cabinets, hundreds of hand tools and tool sets, generators, ladders, lawn mower, gardening tools, large remote control cars, outdoor lawn furniture, barbecue grill, vintage metal lockers, storage cabinets, all types of tool accessories, Christmas decorations, etc. There really is too much to list.
