We are Covid 19 compliant. All who have been vaccinated do not need to wear a mask. Cash is preferred. We will accept credit cards with an 8% credit card fee. There is no additional processing fee if you use Venmo, Zelle and checks up to $250 with proper ID. You may take your items immediately from the sale or arrange a mutually agreeable date and time for pick up. Please bring your own packing material and help to load the large items. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries while on the property. No one will be allowed to enter prior to 9AM. On the first day of the sale there will be no price negotiations and reductions. You may leave an Offer in our Offer Box for an item but it won't be looked at until the last day.
