Buyer Premium 20%
Sales Tax 7% and is applied to the total sum of the invoice plus the buyer premium as applicable.
To be eligible to bid the bidder must agree to the terms and conditions set forth by Redland Realty and Auction, LLC.
PAYMENTS: The credit card used at registration will be charged at the end of the auction. If you require shipping, please let us know. Payments must be made immediately upon receiving an invoice and no later than 4:00PM the day following the auction. All payments are to be made in US Dollars and only in form of Credit Card, Cash, Zelle, Certified Funds or Wire Transfer.

Check out days and times: Thursday, January 8, 2026, Friday, January 9, 2026, and Saturday, January 10, 2026 from 10:30am till 4:30PM.
Shipping is available on all lots. There are lots that would need to be palletized and crated to be shipped. The cost of palletization, and transport will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. Any lot that would require flatbed truck or any type of specialty transport will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
