Auction Terms & Conditions Invoices will be emailed to successful bidders within 24 hours of auction close, be sure to contact us quickly if you do not receive your invoice. UNPAID invoices will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. If you are unable to make timely payment, please do not bid. Please REVIEW YOUR INVOICE CAREFULLY. Your registered Credit Card WILL BE CHARGED within 1 business day of the auction close time unless you contact us to make alternative payment arrangements. All internet bids are treated as if they were given at a live auction. Our clerk will represent your bids as quickly as possible but sometimes other clerks representing other bidders or on-site floor bidders beat your clerk and the auctioneer will acknowledge the first bid seen or heard. The Auctioneers declaration of the winner is final. All Bidders will be held accountable for their internet bids. Your internet bids are a contract and you are responsible for honoring them. Lots are sold 'as is, where is ' absolutely no exceptions, warranties or guarantees', and the ultimate determination as to authenticity and condition is the responsibility of the bidder. The placing of a bid will be taken as full agreement to all terms & conditions. The auction house has the right to withdraw any lot. Auctioneer reserves the right to cancel / nullify the sale of any lot sold through auction.

Absentee Bidding is used by those who cannot attend the auction in person. Absentee bids may be submitted via our mobile app, website, internet bidding websites or by phone. Absentee bidders agree to all terms and conditions. In terms of a tie bid between an absentee bidder and the auction floor, the auction floor will win said item at their amount bid.

Most Items are sold absolute occasionally there are reserves set by trustees / consignors. If reserve is not met a sale may not automatically be assued by buyer.

The Removal Deadline for all items in this auction is 20 days after the close of the Auction. Please contact us before bidding if special arrangements are necessary for an extension. On-site shipping services is available for packaging, shipping services. If not removed after 20 business days, items may be put back into auction and you will receive check for proceeds from that auction minus standard consignmnet fees.

Florida Buyer's must also pay all sales tax. To receive the benefit of any tax exemption, Buyer must supply us with a FL State Sales Tax Exemption Certificate.

Accurate Gun Auctions Inc would like Buyers to feel they have been treated fairly and pay a fair price for the items based on their condition. Please do not enter a bid at a price that is greater than you are comfortable paying for any individual item based on its condition. PAYMENT: The Buyers Premium is 18.99% for Cash/Certified Funds and 18.99% for Credit Card payers. The Buyers Premium is added to each invoice. Auction invoices must paid promptly by certified bank check, money order, major credit cards or cash. When bidding in any respective auction has finished an invoice will be sent to the registered bidder email address from info@accurategunauctions.com. Please REVIEW YOUR INVOICE CAREFULLY. We reserve the right to refuse a bidding account to anyone. Under no circumstances may you apply for a bidding account if you are under any kind of a disability in terms of possessing a firearm of any kind. No exceptions. Also, if you cannot possess a firearm, you must NOT enter our auction facility in Dunedin, Florida. We are an FFL dealer, so all federal and state firearm laws govern every aspect of these online auctions and any infractions will be immediately reported to local law enforcement agencies and the ATF. DISPUTE BETWEEN BIDDERS: In the event of any dispute between bidders or a tie bid between online platforms, the auctioneer shall have the sole and final discretion either to determine the successful winning bidder or to re-offer and resell the lot in dispute. The auctioneer’s sole resolution of dispute is final and applies to all bidding mediums.

BUYERS OUTSIDE THE USA or Canada: We do not have an Export License, you will be responsible for your bids and must have means to transit your exportation.

TAKING POSSESSION OF AUCTION FIREARMS: Our offices are open M-F, 9am-5pm. Items that require background checks must be picked up M-F, 10am-4pm or by Appt. In office background checks are subject to the availability of FDLE and their potential system delays. We absolutely observe all Federal and State gun laws. We hold a Federal Firearms License in Florida. The same person who registered the bid number MUST be the one to pay and pick up the auction firearm(s) at the conclusion of the sale at the Accurate Gun Auctions Auction facilities – no one else will be permitted to make the transfer. AVOID THIS PROBLEM – DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BID FOR ANOTHER PERSON. Merely tell the person to register and create their own account and password. Firearm sales to non-licensees (with the exception of muzzleloaders or antique arms manufactured before 1898 or non-guns) will be subject to and must pass the FBI Instant Check – NICS / FDLE. The only exception is a licensed Federal Firearms Dealer or Curio & Relic Collector License holder (guns MUST be on ATF approved C&R list or be 50 years or older) who must present a current, signed copy of a license (or FAX or E-Mail scan). CAREFULLY NOTE: As per ATF instructions, we send our FFL only to other FFL’s and NOT C&R’s or non-licensees. If you are NOT a Florida resident, you may not take direct possession of a handgun (FFL or C&R Collectors may take immediate possession of qualifying handguns) – see next section below. If you delay after your Instant Check, you will merely pick up your auction firearm(s) later at the Accurate Gun Auctions Auction location. AUCTION GUNS WON BY OUT OF STATE BIDDERS: : KNOW YOUR STATE LAWS PRIOR TO BIDDING ON AN ITEM. If you are not a Florida resident, we will ship your firearms to your local gun dealer when he faxes us his signed, current FFL license, E-Mails a copy, or sends it in the mail. If you have a current ATF C&R License we can ship qualified firearms to your home if your state law permits. The shipping cost varies according to size, weight, value and destination. In some cases we can get two or more handgun/rifles in one box and the charge per gun will be reduced. We’ll work with you on this to be the most economical. We will provide a tracking number to you once the gun ships if you request it. We are experts at packing firearms correctly and will make sure your firearms get to your dealer safely. This DSA rifle with a 16 inch barrel, side folding stock, the classic FAL. Comes with 6 20 ROUND MAGS 2 30 ROUND MAGS MAG LOADER SIGHT TOOL. Please take a look at this excellent rifle and its photos.Condition: EXCELLENT The Smith & Wesson Model 4506 is a third-generation semi-automatic pistol from Smith & Wesson's 4500 series of handguns. The 4506 is chambered for the .45 ACP cartridge and, with the purchase of special springs, the stronger .45 Super. It is constructed almost entirely from stainless steel and is thus extremely resistant to harsh weather conditions. The 4506 is a traditional double-action/single-action pistol. The first shot is fired in double-action mode. Each subsequent shot is fired in single-action mode. It features one-piece Xenoy wrap-around grips with either a curved or straight back strap. The 4506 was produced from 1988 to 1999. This 4506-1 is in excellent condition and is sold with 1 magazine. In collector vernacular, a sheriff’s model is a short barreled single action without an ejector. Colt originally made the Single Action Army in this configuration in the late 1800’s. This excellent condition colt single action army, SAA, this is a third generation model, it is in caliber 44-40. The revolver is in excellent condition, showing minimal signs of use and wear. Armory M1 Grand is in Excellent Condition showing Little signs of use and wear .High grade collectible edition of the lever-action Model 1892 carbine, featuring nickel nitride scroll engraved receiver, large loop lever, walnut straight grip stock and carbine strap/buttplate. Limited edition of 4,000 rifles. This Rifle comes with the original box and is in excellent condition showing little signs of use and wear. Nylon 76, a lever action 22 long rifle, this rifle has a nickel finish. The rifle has a barrel date code of EJ, October of 1963. This rifle was made before the 1968 Gun control Act. To commemorate this occasion, Winchester produced a run of fancy Model 94 rifles. These were based on post 1964 Model 94's actions with a gold plated receiver and forend cap, brass "rifle" (curved) buttplate, saddle ring, and a heavy octagon barrel with a full length magazine that was nicely polished and deeply blued. The straight hand stock was selected walnut. All were in caliber .30-30 Winchester. There were rifle (26") and carbine (20") barrel lengths, and sets of rifle and carbine with consecutive serial numbers were also offered. Sister gun is lot 18007. The point to all of the gold and brass was to make the 1966 Centennial reminiscent of the brass framed Winchester 1866 "Yellow Boy" rifle that was Winchester's first product. Serial # 65692 The Canadian Centennial commemorative rifles and carbines were released in 1967 with total production at 90,301. This Revolver shows minimal signs of use and wear.Nylon 10, a single shot bolt action in 22 long rifle, 22 long, 22 short. Remington began production of this rifle in 1958. DuPont, with a team of engineers, developed the Nylon 663.10, the nylon used in the production of the receiver. With the original retail being $49.95, they have become quite collectable. The barrel is stamped BK, B the Remington abbreviation for January, and K the abbreviation for the year of 1963. This rifle was made before the 1968 Gun control Act. As it lists no serial number. It was also imported into the United States, Pre-ban, 1989. Great for state like Massachusetts that allow rifle made before a certain date, or great for the collector of pre-ban(1989) firearms. This Rifle has all original parts and is in Excellent condition showing normal signs of use.Designed in 1975, and with over one million produced the entire family of CZ pistols is available based on the basic CZ 75 design: compacts, de-cockers, single action only, ambidextrous, alloy frames as well as competition pistols. The 75 B features a steel frame, a black polycoat finish, and 3 dot sights. The trademark CZ ergonomics and DA/SA action have made it the most copied handgun design second only to the 1911. The ‘B’ designation is an indicator that the model is equipped with a firing pin block safety. This pistol comes in the original box and has two mags. The term "Dragoon" referred to mounted cavalrymen who used heavy, high caliber pistols such as this. At a hefty 4 lbs. 2 oz., these revolvers were too heavy to be carried and were typically kept in holsters on the horse's saddle. The Colt Model 1848 Percussion Army Revolver is a .44 BP caliber revolver designed by Samuel Colt.
