All items sold AS IS...CASH and AT THIS TIME WE ARE ACCEPTING CREDIT CARDS FOR ALL PURCHASES WITH A SMALL 3% FEE. State tax is added to all purchases unless tax exempt ID is produced to show cashier or if already on file.
Bring help loading large items and tools for disassembling mirrors from dressers, bedframes from headboards etc... STAFF NOT ALLOWED TO MOVE FURNITURE.
LADIES/GENTLEMEN NO LARGE BAGS (this is not for the 99% of people respectful enough not to steal it's for the less than 1% that have..sorry).... plus this allows hands free shopping which we like.... you can fill up your arms with more stuff!!!! We look forward to seeing you!!!! (~_~)

May 20,21 & 22 8:00-1:00PM   408 Adele St.,Edgewater, Fl 32132 off Flagler Ave behind Edgewater Post Office.  Please only park on even side of the street on Adele/Flagler and don’t block driveways. Face Masks are required please and thank you 

 

I have started preselling on Facebook Marketplace so check that out under Kathy Maguire. We have lots left. A Small desk, pedestal lighthouse glasstop table, sailboat wall hanging, seashells galore, Dennis Dakota grandfather clock, 20”heart shaped shadow box table, tv stand, burgundy wood coffee table & matching end tables, lazy-boy recliner sofa (sold), lamps, shabby chic bistro table, oak kitchen table w/leaf 4 chairs, Panasonic microwave, Keurig, Pyrex, corning ware, dishes, mugs, vintage cake dish, cookbooks, microwave stand, Christmas (great deals), upright freezer (sold), trundle bed, cherry dresser, waist high garage storage cabinets, tools, jewelry, ladies nice small & med tops, pants, scrubs, jackets, robes, pajamas,(clothes $1.00 ea unless otherwise marked) ladies pocketbooks, shoes size 6-7?. Craftsmen mower, 8ft x 12ft storage shed(sold), train enthusiast village pieces & tracks, garden items, matchbox cars, 3 wheel bike(sold for parts only), 2 ice cream chairs, farberware pots pans, dish sets, utencils,  lots of nautical items. Linens & comforters, outdoor patio table, traveling hairdresser bag, and & much much more. 

 

Face Masks are required for entry and shopping. This is a private home and we are unable to screen if you’ve been vaccinated or not...  your cooperation is appreciated.  House is only 834 sq.ft so limited entry but all will get in. As I’ve (Kathy Maguire, Queen Bee) been being treated for uterine cancer since Jan 2020 and still going through chemo Doctor has recommended I don’t attend the sale as I’m susceptible to infections 🙁 I will miss seeing everyone but I hope you have fun shopping!!!!! I also pray that I’m getting toward the end of all these treatments.
