Let it Go Lifestyle in Orlando-Luxury Home

Well, it's been a year!  This will be our last sale of the year. This is probably the largest sale we have done to date, and we are ready for this weekend.

Due to the size of the cul-de-sac, we ask that you park outside the gate and walk in.  There are three houses that share a driveway, and we will be the house in the middle.  Plenty of signs will be placed on the property.  You will be able to drive up and load your car if needed.  There will be limited parking inside the gate.  Please do not block driveways or mailboxes.

As you can tell by the 500+ photos, there is a lot of inventory in this beautiful home.  As you enter the home, please be mindful of the steps going down after entering. The master bedroom is to the left, and everything else is to the right. 

We have a HOLD area upon entering with many racks.  You can gather your items and take them to the HOLD area, where one of the team members will write you a ticket and watch your items while you continue to shop.  Once you are ready to check out, review your ticket, bring it to the cashier, and pay out.  Cash, Cards, and tap-to-pay are payment methods.  Please have your driver's license available if asked to provide it for CC payments. We also provide a wrapping station to prepare your items for the trip home.  Please be mindful that the wrapping and bags are a courtesy and not to be taken because it's free. Sorry we have to say that, but we've had some abusers. 

More designer clothing, designer shoes, hats, and belts than we have ever had. They are spread out throughout the home, the master bedroom, the living room, and the bedrooms upstairs.

Please pay attention to the signs regarding pricing for shoes. Most are marked on the bottom of the shoe.

There are about 75 additional totes, located in the main living room, filled with designer clothing and regular nice clothing.  There was absolutely no place to store these additional items except in the totes.  Each tote is sealed and marked with what is inside and priced.  PLEASE DO NOT OPEN THESE TOTES!  They are priced according to their contents.  All of the clothing is like new and is perfect for clothing resellers.  I promise you will not be disappointed.

Brands include:  Liz Claiborne, Anne Taylor, Ralph Lauren, Bebe, among many more.  Sizes range from small size 6 to 18.  The totes in the living room are primarily size 6-10 young ladies and a wide range of styles.  PLEASE HELP KEEP THIS AREA TIDY. WE SO APPRECIATE YOUR CONSIDERATION IN THIS AREA.

There are three office item locations:  One downstairs, two upstairs

There are two garages:  One with tools, misc garage items, and the other, through the laundry room, is packed with Christmas and holiday items.

The back patio is filled with various items that would not fit in the garage.

The boathouse has 2 canoes, a wakeboard, 2 kayaks, 3 Stand Up Paddleboards, and various outdoor items.  The main boat is not for sale; it will be sold with the home.
