1.            Tropical Palm and Floral print Queen size sleeper sofa. This piece is just perfect not only for the "Florida" dcor but for the occasional overnight guest. Measures 81 L x 37W x 30H In very good condition. Please see pictures.

2.            This dark wood and cane barrel back chair is in excellent condition. The ice blue upholstery has a small leaf design woven into the fabric that is sateen and really catches the light. Measures 28h x 24w x 24d. Please see pictures.

3.            Vintage heavy solid dark wood framed mirror. The mirror is showing signs of age as it appears to be crazing. This piece is in good condition. The scroll design on the top is simple and elegant. It has a solid wood back nailed onto the frame and the number 2023 stamped into the wood. Measures 32 3/4h x 18w x 1d. Please see pictures.

4.            Straw picnic basket with plastic dinnerware included. In good condition. It measures 13h x 13w x 9d. Please see pictures.

5.            Gorgeous set of 4 black lacquer and mother of pearl oriental nesting tables. All have different pictures under the glass top depicting different scenes. In very good condition. (note largest table does have a scratch on the glass you can see it in the picture.)The largest one measures 24h x 14d x 20w. Please see pictures.

6.            Oval brass and glass coffee table. The brass finials that hold the glass are shaped like sea shells. In very good condition. Measures 16 1/2h x 50l x 24w. Please see pictures.

7.            Vintage handmade plant stand. Quite weather worn but it adds to the look. Could use some tightening up as it is wobbly. It is In fair condition. Measures 17h x 12 in diameter. Please see pictures.

8.            Pair of ceramic lamps. They are made to look like a vintage couple (Rhett and Scarlett) no chips or cracks in very good shape. The lady is 28h x 7 3/4d x 8 1/2w, the gentleman is 29h x 7 3/4d x 8 1/2w. Have not been tested. Please see pictures.

9.            Pair of upholstered dining/side chairs. In very good condition. They are a bright salmon pink color microfiber with light green slip covers. The slip covers could use a good cleaning. Measure 39h x 19d x 19w. 19 to seat. Please see pictures.

10.          Box lot of Christmas Lights. Approximately 40 sets of different styles. All appear to be clear lights. In working order per consigner. Not tested. Please see pictures for styles.

11.          Brand new door mat. Picture of an eagle wrapped around the front of a motorcycle and it reads "Ride Free". In excellent condition. Measures 27l x 17w. Please see pictures.

12.          Metal patio set. Table and four chairs rock/bounce and do come with a thin cushion. In good solid condition. Does have some minor rusting so could use a could cleaning and a new coat of paint. Table measures 42 in diameter and 27 1/4h. Please see pictures.

43.          Sailing Rain Gear. This is a full Rain suit by Pro Rainer jacket is a size XXL and pants are an XL. Appears to be in good condition. The yellow rain pants need a good cleaning and there is a button missing at the top. They are by BOSS and are an XL. The gloves are made by Deep sea Products and are a large in appear to be in good condition. There is also a safety line it Jim Buddy in good condition. It is dirty.

49.          Box Lot of Christmas Ribbon. Used for decorating walls and railings. Some of it is gold and white and the rest is red and green appears to be in good condition. There are pieces already formed into bows. Gold is approximately 12 inches wide and red is approximately 15 inches wide. Please view pictures I am not sure of the yardage but as you can see there is a lot.

50.          Box Lot of five large Christmas ornaments. They are made of a hard plastic and the colors are beautiful. They are all in very good condition. The largest one measures 13 inches from top to bottom and is 25 inches in diameter.

51.          Six plastic snowflakes covered in silver glitter. Fair Condition. Most of them would need more glitter an easy fix. One of them has a broken tip as shown in pictures. They measure 11w x 11h.

52.          Set of 6 cardboard stars. Two of them have small tears in them, but it does not deter from the look. They fold flat for easy storage . Two large ones measures 40 in. The four small are 29 in.

53.          Plastic container full of Christmas bulbs. All of them are different styles of silver and gold. Appears that there are approximately 40 - 50 bulbs and all appear to be in very good condition. Made out of plastic so no breaking!

54.          Large orange straw beach bag. It is fully lined. The lining could use a little cleaning but otherwise in very good condition. Made by Strand Imports. It measures 16h x 24w x 12d.

68.          Set of Wood and sea urchin candles sticks. They do have some surface rusting as shown in pictures. Otherwise in good condition. Largest measures 24h x 4 1/8d.

69.          Assorted candle holders and a cat shaped dish. All in good shape. Cat dish could use cleaning. The cat measures 7l x 6 3/8w x 3d. Please sea pictures.

70.          IKEA chair. In very good condition. Use as a side chair in any room. Comfortable! Measures 39h x 27w x 39d.

71.          Solid wood fold down table/desk. When you do not really have a lot of extra space this is a great piece to have. Lift it up to use or fold it flat to get it out of the way. It measures 29 1/2l x 23 1/2d when open. It very good condition. Could use cleaning.

72.          Unitech electric heater. In very good condition. Has been tested. Measures 25h x 13w x 10d.

73.          !00 % Polypropylene Round 5'3" light brown and tan rug. It has a swirl design and is a Courtyard Collection rug made by Safavieh. In very good condition. Needs to be vacuumed and left flat for a while to smooth it out. Very nice rug. Please see pictures.

74.          Brother Charger II manual typewriter in very good condition. The cover is plastic but the typewriter casing is metal. The ribbon appears to be almost new and it works. It measures 12 1/2h x 12 1/4w x 3 1/2d.

75.          Set of 4 dining chair covers in a golden beige color,. All are in new condition. Only one was ever taken out of the package. Made by Bed Bath and Beyond. They fit most armless dining chairs up to 42" tall. Please see pictures.

118.        Lot of trinket boxes. The largest is wood and is hand carved and painted. The smallest is terra cotta and is handmade and painted. The one with the cat is missing a piece of yarn off the top. All the others are in very good condition. The terra cotta one measures 2 1/2 in diameter and 1 inch high. Please see pictures.

119.        Lot of mirrors. You can set vases, nic nacs on them or candles on them. They are all in good condition. Could use cleaning. Largest one measures 8 x 8. Please see pictures.

There are two hand carved stone cats, a hand made brass plate that is painted and then a peacock is etched into it and painted and a Rubber bear that moves and plays violin music, etc. All items are in good condition.
