We receive a lot of inquiries so we typically run out of time for answering general questions via email or phone before & sometimes during the sale

We will not be able to assist in the removal or loading of your purchased items

Any presale items will be listed as such in the Sale Description : otherwise No Pre-sales

Once the sale starts, items may be purchased over the phone & must be picked up before sale's end

All purchased items must be removed by sales end or they become property of Allegro Estate Sales FL LLC

Please be respectful of neighbors and don't block driveways.

Returns & exchanges are not accepted

I may run out of boxes, bags & packing material

Please bring assistance to move large items
