We accept cash and all major credit cards. Sorry, no checks accepted. Touchless payment terminals offered. Minimum credit card purchase is $1.00.

We charge 7% sales tax on all purchases. If you are a secondary dealer, we ask you to provide your copy of your 2023 Dealer's License for tax exemption.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns, refunds, or exchanges accepted. Buyer assumes risk of items purchased as we nor our owners DO NOT warranty items. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check the item fully before making a purchase as there are no exceptions or refunds.

No purses, bags, backpacks, or strollers allowed.

We nor our property owners are responsible for any accidents, injuries, slips, falls, or mishaps on property where the estate sale is held. Enter at your own risk. This home has multiple levels with merchandise on all 3 levels, please use handrails while going up and down the stairs.

Please abide by any NO PARKING signs. Driveway is for loading and unloading of larger items only. This location offers limited parking and no parking along streets. It is the responsibility of the patrons to find parking in available public areas located around downtown.

Please bring help and proper tools needed for moving items, we do not have available staff to help you to move the purchased items.

All items purchased must be removed the same day and will only be held after purchase until the end of that sale day for your pickup.

We provide shopping baskets for your convenience for use throughout the sale.

Please adhere to the local social distancing recommended guidelines of shopping within the home and masks are not required and are optional.

Sorry, we don't divulge pricing ahead of the sale on items, with the exception of appointment furniture pre-sales. We operate on a first come first served basis. Pre-Sale purchases and appointments are only allowed the week prior to the sale and at the discretion of staff scheduling.
