Condition of Items: All items are sold "As-Is" and "Where-Is" with no warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee any particular outcome or condition. All sales are final—no refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Payments: We accept Cash and all major Credit Cards. (Please note: A convenience fee may apply to card transactions).
Sales Tax: Local sales tax will be collected unless a valid Florida Resale Certificate is presented at the time of purchase.
Liability: The Estate Exchange Co. and the Homeowner are not responsible for any theft, breakage, accidents, or injuries that occur on the premises. Shoppers enter at their own risk.

Item Removal: Buyers are solely responsible for the labor, tools, and vehicle required to remove purchased items. All items must be removed by the end of the sale period unless prior arrangements are made.

Pricing & Discounts: Pricing is established at the sole discretion of the Liquidator. Discounts typically apply on the final day of the sale to ensure the liquidation of the remaining estate contents.
