1. Sale Hours & Access

* Early entry or preview may be offered at the discretion of the host and subject to availability.
* Access to the sale is first-come, first-served, and entry may be limited to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
2. Items Sold As-Is
* All items sold at this sale are pre-owned and are sold “as-is.”
* We do not give away any packing material if you wish to purchase breakable items. Come with a box or any items you wish to bring to transport your items.
* We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the condition, functionality, or authenticity of any items.
* Please inspect items carefully before purchasing. All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted.
3. Pricing & Payment
* Prices are set at the discretion of the sale host and are non-negotiable unless explicitly stated during the sale.

4. No Holds or Reservations

* Purchased items must be removed by the buyer before the end of the sale unless other arrangements are made with the host.
* The sale host is not responsible for delivery or transportation of purchased items.
* Buyers are responsible for any damage caused while removing items from the premises.
7. Conduct & Behavior
* The sale is a family-friendly event, and all attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards other customers and staff.
* Disruptive behavior, theft, or vandalism will result in immediate removal from the sale and possible involvement of local authorities.
8. Security & Surveillance
* Please be aware that video surveillance may be in place for security purposes.
* All bags, large purses, and backpacks may be subject to inspection before entry or exit from the sale.
9. Changes to Terms
* The sale host reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
