We are very excited about this beautiful Amelia Island Plantation estate!

This home offers a wonderful mix of antiques, Asian décor, fine furnishings and newer pieces, along with beautiful decorative items throughout the home.

Highlights include a Yamaha baby grand piano in exceptional condition, a lovely dining room set, beautiful china, Asian pieces and décor, glassware, a very nice family-room sofa, lamps, rugs, linens, a quality mattress, a stained-glass window and much more.

There is a great variety throughout this estate—from traditional and antique pieces to newer furnishings and home décor.

IMPORTANT GATE INFORMATION

Because Amelia Island Plantation is a gated community, please use the following address in your GPS to reach the main staffed entrance:

11 Beach Lagoon Road

Fernandina Beach, FL 32034

The estate address will be posted the day before the sale.

Please do not GPS the estate address to enter the Plantation, as GPS may direct you to a residents-only entrance where there is no attendant.

Once you arrive at the main gate, simply let the attendant know you are attending the private sale and provide the estate address. There is no need to be on a gate list.

MPORTANT PARKING INFORMATION

Because this estate sale is located inside Amelia Island Plantation, we ask everyone to please be especially mindful and respectful when parking.

Parking will be permitted on ONE SIDE OF THE STREET ONLY. The homeowner will be outside helping direct parking, so please follow his instructions when you arrive.

Please:

Do not park on anyone’s grass.
Do not block or park in neighbors’ driveways.
Do not park in the estate’s driveway. The driveway must remain open for customers picking up furniture and larger purchases.
Please be considerate of neighboring homes and make sure vehicles can safely pass at all times.

We are very fortunate to be able to hold private estate sales within Amelia Island Plantation, and following these guidelines helps us keep a good relationship with the community and continue bringing you sales here in the future.
