Go straight to the sale during sale hours.
Although, we do our best to provide some pricing prior and during the sale, our first priority is prepping the sale completely and servicing customers that are on site first. Due to busy activities prepping and running sales, we are sometimes unable to provide pricing and return calls, emails, texts during the sale. If you are interested in a price or an item at the sale, it is best to come directly to the sale.

The Moving and Loading of Items/Furniture purchased are ALWAYS the Buyers Responsibility. There are NO REFUNDS, so please make sure you can make arrangements for loading of your items prior to purchase. Please bring your own supplies; wrap, boxes, bags, muscle, blankets and rope as needed. We do our best to provide wrap, boxes and bags however, in light of leaving a better environment for future generations, our family has stopped using plastic bags and that will carry over into our business.

All purchased merchandise must be removed from the property by the close of the sale unless other arrangements have been made with the Business Owner, in writing. The majority of the time we are under strict contract to vacate the property as it has usually already been sold, and there are closing activities that need to take place with the real estate.
