Parking is very tight by the house. One block up you will see plenty of street parking. Please do not block the neighborhood mailboxes or driveways. You will be asked to move. Thank you for shopping with us! Sale opens at 10am Thursday 9/28 and runs thru Saturday 9/30. There is no sign up for numbers.

There are NO pre-sales available for this sale. If we have a prices and/or measurement available it will be posted in the description with the picture. If it is not there, then you will need to go directly to the sale. We have very limited time to field calls/text with this information.

*All sales are final and merchandise is sold "AS IS" "WHERE IS" with No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges. If you would like to purchase an item that you see in our photos here are the purchase options:

Go straight to the sale during sale hours.
Although, we do our best to provide some pricing prior and during the sale, our first priority is prepping the sale completely and servicing customers that are on site first. Due to busy activities prepping and running sales, we are sometimes unable to provide pricing and return calls, emails, texts regarding pricing and availability. (This is especially difficult during the sale dates/times). If you are interested in a price or an item at the sale, it is best to come directly to the sale. You may also continue to refresh this ad, as we do mark photos sold for large items. You can also find us on Facebook. We post new pictures after straightening every evening. Yes, we will also complete sales outside of the sale hours if we are able.

The Moving and Loading of Items/Furniture purchased are ALWAYS the Buyers Responsibility. There are NO REFUNDS, so please make sure you can make arrangements for loading of your items prior to purchase. Please bring your own supplies; wrap, boxes, bags, muscle, blankets and rope as needed. We do our best to provide wrap, boxes and bags however, in light of leaving a better environment for future generations, our family has stopped using plastic bags and that will carry over into our business.

All purchased merchandise must be removed from the property by the close of the sale unless other arrangements have been made with the Business Owner, in writing. The majority of the time we are under strict contract to vacate the property as it has usually already been sold, there are HOA restrictions, and/or there are closing activities that need to take place with the real estate.

*You are entering all our sales and properties at your own risk, The Great Estate is not responsible for any accidents, liabilities, or claims and we reserve the right to limit entry when deemed necessary.

*Children are always welcome but must be supervised at all times.

*Homeowners may influence a price or an items availability after we have posted information. We will update information/pictures/etc as soon as possible if these changes are made. These are rare exceptions, but they do occur.
