We are Covid 19 compliant. No more than 10 people in the house at a time. All MUST wear a face mask while on the property, both inside and outside. Cash is preferred. We will accept credit cards with an 8% credit card fee, Venmo and checks up to $250 with proper ID. Items will be available to be picked up after noon time. Please bring help to load the large items. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries while on the property. We will have a sign up sheet available starting at 7AM on each day of the sale at the front entry of the property. EACH PERSON needs to register and have a number to enter. Out of fairness to buyers, we cannot allow a person to bring in additional people on their 1 number. Address will be disclosed 24 hours prior to the sale. However, you may leave an offer and we will review the offers at the end of the sale and reach out to you if the item you made the offer on is still available and if we are willing to accept your offer.
