We are Covid 19 compliant. All MUST wear a face mask while on the property. Cash is preferred. We will accept credit cards with an 8% credit card fee, Venmo and checks up to $250 with proper ID. You may take your items immediately from the sale or arrange a mutually agreeable date and time for pick up. Please bring help to load the large items. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries while on the property. No one will be allowed to enter prior to 9AM. Address will be disclosed 24 hours prior to the sale. If you are interested in an item, you may leave an offer and we will review the offers at the end of the sale and reach out to you if the item you made the offer on is still available and if we are willing to accept your offer.
