The owner has requested that we limit the amount of people to enter at a given time due to the number of items. CASH IS PREFERRED BY OWNER. We will accept credit cards with an 8% credit card fee. There is no additional processing fee if you use Venmo, Zelle and checks up to $250 with proper ID. We also accept PayPal but request that you send the funds as "friend" so that we are not charged a processing fee. If we are charged a processing feel, we will request reimbursement in Cash. You may take your items immediately from the sale or arrange a mutually agreeable date and time for pick up. Please bring your own packing material and help to load the large items. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries while on the property. No one will be allowed to enter prior to 10 AM. On the first day of the sale there will be no price negotiations and reductions. You may leave an Offer in our Offer Box for an item but it won't be looked at until the last day.
