This is a beautiful player piano made by Cunningham Piano Company out of Philadelphia Pennsylvania. This piece is 5 feet long 4 and 1/2 feet tall and 29 in deep. Per the cosigner this piece is working, but may need some work on the bellows. This piece is in good condition considering its age, it has a normal scuffs and scratches. Please see photos for close-up details of some of the larger cosmetic flaws.

This piece is the adjustable stool that goes with lot one. The stool is adjustable it has a height ranging from 18 in tall up to 25 in tall. The seat is approximately 15 in in diameter. The legs are very ornate metal tipped feet that surround glass balls for the stool to rest on. They have been covered by cosigner with pads to avoid scratching the floors. There are a few nicks and scratches on this piece. Please see all pictures for close up details.

This is a beautiful gold framed picture signed by the artist that is approximately 34 in wide and 29 in tall. Frame is in good condition.

This is a pair of wooden carved statues, oriental in nature. There is notable splitting of the wood but despite that they still solid pieces. See pictures for noted areas of splitting.

This is a 12 in tall lamp that set on the piano. It is adjustable with a nine and a half long shade and a base that is 6in in diameter. This piece is untested as there is no light bulb..

This item is a 45 in wide and 29 in tall solid wood sofa or entry table. This piece is in fair to good condition. The scuffs and markings give it a very rustic look. There is a crack noted to one of the legs. See pictures for close-up detail.

This is a solid wood shelving unit with three shelves. This stands four and a half feet tall and 15 and 1/2 in wide. This is finished in a darker stain and has three shelving areas.

This is a lot decorative figurines, two of which were handmade by the homeowner who was herself an artist, and a round metal trivit with Chinese symbols. These are in fair to good condition, a couple chips noted. See pictures for close-up details.

This lot is for a shelf containing over 50 albums in their covers. Various artists including Elvis, Barbra Streisand, early Whitney Houston and Neil Diamond just to name a few. This lot actually contains a sealed Neil Diamond Serenade album in new condition. These albums appear to be in good used condition.

This is another lot of 33 albums. There are over 50 included on the Shelf. These include artists such as Barry Manilow, Elvis, The Supremes, and even a couple vintage Walt Disney albums.

This is a cute, whimsical, figural accent table in the shape of hound dog holding a tray. This piece stands 33 in tall and sits on a base that is approximately 18 in by 12 in. The oval tray in a dog's mouth measures 15 in wide bye 13 in deep. This piece appears in fair to good condition.

This is a small display table / Shelf that is approximately 28 in long and 20 in high. This is in the shape of a half moon. This piece is in fair condition. Please note there are some signs of significant wear to the edges, see pictures for details.

Beautiful vintage solid state stereo system AM FM radio in a wooden cabinet. The record player part has been removed but there is a area to add one. Radio tested and powers on the wood has very nice detail included is the owner's manual and operating instructions. The front of the cabinet has a roll top door but it does need some adjustment it is sticking.

This is a beautiful Seiko Westminster Whittington pendulum clock. This piece keeps time. It appears in excellent condition no scratches or scuffs noted to the wood. This clock Chimes on the hour and half-hour. This clock measures approximately 21 in tall and 13 in wide at the widest point.

15.

This is a 33 inch tall, sturdy yet decorative metal wine rack in good condition. This will hold up to eight bottles of wine. Picture with bottle of wine is for example only. Wine not included in this lot.

This lot consist of two items. We have a covered ironing board and a two step utility ladder. They both appear in fair used condition.

Round patio table with glass top and 4 wicker chairs. The glass top is not mounted it can be removed. The table measures approximately 41 in diameter by 29 tall. Each chair measures approximately 35 tall by 22 wide, the chairs are faded. Underneath the glass top there is a round metal base with Honorable, leading and strong dated 1912. These are two cat-themed framed prints. They both measure 24 in tall and 18 in wide. One is titled Three Amigos by Don Nedobeck from the Cape Coral Festival of the Arts in 2016 and signed. The second is titled Bert's Bath by James Flad Photography. Both are in good used condition.

This is a lot of one tower fan and two UV Air purifiers. The fan comes with a remote and stands 36 in tall. The two air purifiers are shorter. All three have been tested and are in working condition.

This is a great Vintage Women's lib themed, framed print. It measures 32 in wide and 24 in tall. This piece is in fair to good condition. There are a couple water marks noted please see the last pictures for close-up details. This is vintage print is dated 1971. Photographer was Elizabeth Richter.

Here we have a very unusual wall decoration. This piece is actually a vintage urinal/bedpan made by the Colonial Company. It is porcelain, no chips or cracks are noted but this piece does exhibit significant crazing. This makes a great conversational piece. See pictures for marking and close up details.

There are two metal figures, one is a pig and it opens. The second is an adorable frog with a small frog sitting on its back, it also opens has a storage in the center which has a magnifying glass along with a small file. 3 vintage cast iron irons, one appears to be hand hammered. All three do have minor rust and need a good cleaning. Would make a perfect addition to your collection.

Battery operated Lantern, Luminator Dorcy. Unable to test, needs batteries. Needs a good cleaning but appears in good exterior condition. Measures approximately 13 in tall.

2 yard decorations, one is a ceramic Pig with a head that moves up and down. The second is a dog with a welcome sign which appears to be made of resin. the dog measures approximately 11 long by 5 tall.

2 older 1 gallon wine bottles with unique corks on top. Measure approximately 14 tall by 6 wide, see pictures for more details

Ceramic cat, which has been repaired to the one leg. It is hollow inside, has excellent detail period measures 16 long by 17 tall.

Resin cat with its mouth wide open, appears in good condition. This was placed outside and needs a good cleaning, measures approximately 8 tall by 7 wide.

This is an imitation of a payphone, made of plastic. It can be plugged into a phone Outlet, needs a good cleaning. Measures approximately 19 tall by 7 wide.

Glass and Metal Chandelier which holds candles. This is a very unique piece, everything appears in good condition, does need some cleaning and possible paint touch-up. Measures 13 in diameter, see all pictures.

Vintage kitchen stove, this is an amazing piece. There is surface rust, extremely heavy and needs a thorough cleaning. See all pictures for more details.

These are two framed and signed movie posters. The homeowner worked on the movie set, and these were presented to her. The one is signed by Richard Chamberlain of My Fair Lady. See all pictures

Sears Craftsman 10 in belt driven Electric 3 horsepower table saw. There are extra pieces sitting on top of the table saw. This is a heavy duty, with metal grating on top. Per cosignor it is working.

Two Wicker bar stools both swivel. They are in poor condition, perfect for a project. The material on the seats are torn and stained and the Wicker does have paint peeling. Each stool measures 34 tall by 21 wide see all pictures for detailing.

This is a very unique wooden ironing board which converts to a step ladder. It does have some stains and needs a good cleaning. It also needs two wing nuts on the side to adjust the level of the ironing board, very simple fix.

Heavy metal base lamp with excellent detail this lamp needs to be rewired but all of the parts to rewire it are here and included in this lot. The lamp has a Tiffany style shade but it is a hard resin material it is not glass. But this is a gorgeous lamp please see all pictures.

Panasonic AM FM cassette phono stereo system SG-3000. It comes with two speakers, has a digital synthesizer. Unable to test, does have operation instruction booklet. See all pictures

This is what I believe to be copper chiffon server, it has a nice detailed stand with nice copper burner. There are two serving containers, only one has the lid and the lid handle needs to be remounted. Please see all pictures for what is included

This is another set of what I believe to be copper serving set. It has a very nice stand with detail, 2 serving containers, neither have lids. There is also a smaller set with one container with a lid and the second does not have a lid. Each set has a copper permanent burner on the bottom which can be refilled. Two of what I believe to be copper pitchers with side handles and lids. And two smaller containers with handles one is a pitcher. Everything needs a good cleaning, the tallest one measures approximately 8 in tall.

Cork board in fair condition, needs a good cleaning. Measures approximately 4 feet long by 2 ft wide.

2 lamps with white shades, Both shades are made of glass, one of the shades is broken. Tested and working, see all pictures for more details.

5 canisters with lids, vary in size. They appear to be made of a wood material on the outside and a plastic insert. Tallest one measures approximately 8 tall by 6 in diameter. One of the smaller ones does have a chip out of the lid.

This is a rusted metal pot with handle and lid. It is extremely heavy could be cast iron, measures approximately 6 in tall by eight and a half in diamete, this pot is made from Alabama pipe company Christmas 1954 Anniston Alabama.
