We do not do pre-sales, and will not release prices prior to the sale.
Sign up sheet: It is put out the afternoon on the day before the sale. First 25 customers are allowed in when doors open.
Additional customers are allowed in as people leave. GATED communities NOTE: AS OF SEPTEMBER call the gate call in line AND sign up

We DO NOT allow large purses or bags into the home.
Bring your own muscle and tools. Staff is not allowed to assist in moving or carrying items.

Boat will be auctioned at 12:00 Saturday. Opening bid starts at $3000. Winning bid must place 20% NON REFUNDABLE CASH DEPOSIT. Balance is due on delivery.
