We accept Cash and Credit cards. We accept Checks at our discretion with a Drivers license. Please bring your own help to carry heavy items. NO LARGE BAGS OF ANY KIND. No animals please it is too small a space and I don't want anyone to step on someones pet. Please no children there is nothing in the sale for kids. We are not responsible for lost, stolen items. Please be aware of your surroundings we are not responsible for accidents. If you break it you own it. Items can be held until you check out. If you had an item in the holding area it is yours and you will have to pay for it when you check out. NO hoarding items to go through later. If it is in your area you must pay for it. All items sold as is where is no guarantees or warranties are implied. NO RETURNS all sales are final.
We are an estate and liquidation company. That means we are here to sell and liquidate the estate. We are reasonable and we will listen to all offers right from the start. So happy buying.
WE have been hired to liquidate a house that is sold. The house is in a gated community and all sales will be by appointment. We are taking appointments for the weekend of Jan 19 & 20th!

There is a lot of signed art work. Goddard, Tarkay, Kincaide and more. Framed prints also.
There is bedding items, queen mattress like new. Towels sheets and lots more. I am uploading pictures as we go along. Please feel free to contact us. You will be surprised how much is there.
We are looking to sell all the clothes perhaps to a reseller or dealer. There are 100's of clothing items. Lot's of shoes and more.
I can only do the dates for this weekend this sale will go on until we sell it all! So make an appointment with us for during the week and we will be there.
