Fort Walton Beach Downsizing Sale

Florida law requires us to collect sales tax at the appropriate rate of the county in which the sale is occurring.
If you have a FLORIDA Resale Certificate and are tax exempt, a CURRENT 2026 copy (WE KEEP) must be provided at the time of the sale. By law, we are not able to accept Resale Certificates from other states.
All items are sold AS IS.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no returns or refunds.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and local checks with ID.
We do not hold items! All items for sale are first come, first served. Only photos that are marked "Pre-Sale" will be sold before the sale. If there are no photos marked "Pre-Sale", then the sale has no Pre-Sale items available.
Sorry, but we do not answer questions about prices of specific items before the sale.
Please provide adequate help for loading heavy and/or large items. We are not responsible for loading sold purchases!
