CASH OR LOCAL CHECK WITH I.D. ONLY. The required 7% state sales tax will be collected at check-out so bring your tax certificates if you are a dealer. MASKS RECOMMENDED BUT NOT REQUIRED. HAND SANITIZER AT ENTRANCE FOR YOUR USE BEFORE ENTERING. IF YOU ARE SICK...DO NOT COME..WE DON'T WANT YOUR COOTIES. We will hold items for 30 minutes if you need to run to an ATM.
Bring your own packing materials .
BRING YOUR OWN HELP TO LOAD HEAVY ITEMS. We are all old with bad backs and cannot help. Appointments can be made for after sale pick-ups on Sunday and Monday following the sale to allow you to get young bloods with good backs, and any special transportation. Always look where you are going.....I know that is hard to do with all the great things to see.
Children must be in hand at all times. Not responsible for Accidents. Entrance and Exit through Front Door Only.
Please do not block driveways or trashcans or mailboxes of neighbors when parking. Please keep out of neighbors yards.
