CASH, LOCAL CHECK WITH I.D. , CREDIT CARDS with 5% fee added. We will hold items for 30 minutes if you need to run to an ATM.
Bring your own packing materials . Boxes are limited.
BRING YOUR OWN HELP TO LOAD HEAVY ITEMS. We are all old with bad backs and cannot help. All furniture must be picked up No Later Than 2pm Saturday or by limited appointments. Always look where you are going. I know that is hard to do with all the great things to see.
Children must be in hand at all times. No baby carriages allowed. Not responsible for Accidents.
Please do not block driveways or trashcans or mailboxes of neighbors when parking. Please keep out of neighbor's parking spaces.
