Unless listed as a pre-sale item, no items will be sold in advance of the first sale day.
We accept cash, checks with proper ID, and credit cards for purchases over $25.
As required by Florida law, we collect sales tax at our sales. If exempt, a copy of your exempt tax certificate IS REQUIRED for all exempt sales.
Packing and boxes are limited so please bring your own. We are happy to assist you with getting small items to your car when possible, however, you must arrange to have heavy objects loaded and unloaded. We have contact information for local moving services to assist, if necessary.
Please note, we cannot sell over the phone or over the internet. If you wish to purchase items from our sale, please come to the sale and inspect the item and purchase in person.

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve, we know it is top-of-mind for everyone.

We are seeing the effects in the items people are buying and hear it in the conversations we’re having with our friends, customers and family.

We believe it’s important to share the steps we are taking to keep everyone at our sales safe. We ask that if you have any symptoms of the virus or are not feeling well in general, please refrain from attending the sale.

We are monitoring this situation daily on the national and local levels and will adjust our sale schedule and hours as needed.

Here's what we're doing to follow the recommended social distancing practices per the Centers for Disease Control (CDC):

For our Freeport sale, we will be limiting the crowd to 10 people at one time.

Each group of 10 will have a 60-minute window to shop, then we will clear everyone out for the next group.
There will be a 30-minute break between groups.
The Cashier/Checkout will be outdoors.
The appointment time slots will start at 8:00 AM with the last sign-up at 12:30 each day of the sale.
Due to the restriction on the number of people, each person entering the sale MUST sign-up.
With all this room and contents spread out along with a limited crowd, we are doing all we can to make this as easy and safe as possible.
You will need to show ID to enter the sale and will only be allowed in if your name is on the sign-up
We know this is not normal for our sales; however, we're doing everything we can to ensure that we are doing as much as possible to abide by the social distancing guidelines set by the CDC.
This particular property is huge with 2 acres of shopping, including outbuildings, and a full basement.
