We do not quote prices over the phone prior to the sale. Sometimes client’s walk thru is right before the sale & prices can change.
Our client's items are our responsibility to protect.
Children are great but NOT a good idea at estate sales. Please hold on to them at all times.
No returns or exchanges. All items sold AS IS.
We accept credit/debit cards if $25 or above. Same for local checks with I.d.
If you are buying large items bring helpers to move things. We no longer move items for you.
No big bags or backpacks brought in please, nor unzipped purses.
No food, drinks, pets inside.
*Do not take items from yard unless you see a price tag on the item.
We are not responsible for accidents.
Sales tax collected unless you have a business exemption on file with us.

Owners of Earth Pets are closing their Vintage & Art store (NOT the pet store).  Loads of wonderful art, furniture & collectibles.  Many items related to Dogs, Cats, Elephants, Etc. Loads of mid century!

Appointment times from Tuesday thru Friday 10 am- 3 pm. Giving appointments on 1/2 hour *********50% off most items Friday**********

If you buy online it is being sold as is/ sight unseen.  I will try to describe as best I can letting you know if I see any Major damage but these are not our items and all items are vintage/used so they may have wear. Please ask before committing to buy because there will be no changing your mind once you come to retrieve your purchase. **Sales are Final** 
Pick up will be available by appointment Or I will for Actual Cost Shipping fee, ship Smaller items to you if you are from out of town.  You may also pick up from my Antique shop in Earleton (15 miles East on 39th ave from Gainesville) any smalls/ medium sized items. Ask for details if you’d like to do this.
