We are liquidating an estate. So, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges. Please inspect the items before you purchase. All sales are final. We do not know if things work or if they will work for any certain length of time, so use your own judgment.
Please bring your own helpers, lifters, etc. and remember large items need to be retrieved at the end of the day not first thing in the morning because it is too chaotic/busy then to be shifting big items around.
