2. You are buying "AS IS" - there are no warranties or guarantees given! Look at everything you want before you buy. There are absolutely NO REFUNDS or RETURNS or EXCHANGES.
3. You are buying "WHERE IS" - Once you buy an item/(s) it becomes your property and you are responsible for moving/lifting it. In most cases we can't provide moving/lifting help. We will have phone numbers of local movers you can contact.
4. We have the right to limit the number of shoppers in the home at any given time.
- We have the right to refuse admittance to any shopper.
- We have the right to remove any shopper.
5. All info posted the day of the sale, outside home, will prevail over previously written or advertised information.
6. Sales will NOT have public bathroom available. Please plan accordingly.
7. Florida sales tax for the appropriate county will be collected unless you have a valid reseller's cert. with you or on file with us.
8. You are at your own RISK inside home and on the property! You are responsible for any damage you cause to the home or property and could be held liable by the owners for such damage.
9. We will prosecute anyone we find stealing/shoplifting! Switching tags, removing tags, hiding items inside paid for items and other deceptive methods are ALL forms of stealing!
10. We know accidents happen, however if you break something, we will ask you to purchase the damaged item.

Fall ARTS sale!
*we will limit # of people in the art area to 15-20ppl at a given time.
Join us for an unconventional sale featuring art primarily from one artist. Lots of styles, sizes and subject matter to peruse. We will have other art, collectibles, plus jewelry and who knows what else for sale! I will be adding photos as I go along. The photos of painting are just a SMALL fraction of the total canvases. It's a good example of style and subject that will be present. We will also have some woodblock, etchings and sculpture from the artist.
*For various reasons this "living" estate sale will take place entirely outdoors. Similar to a sidewalk art fair or festival please dress accordingly. There is a studio space that is in a detached garage but we will need to spread out on the driveway! If inclement weather we may need to cancel sale, so please check back before you drive over!
Artist BIO:
David Crown (1924 - 2016) was born in London, England and educated at Cambridge University, the University of London and the London Hospital Medical School. He became a physician in 1947 and moved to Rochester, NY in 1948. He practiced internal medicine until 1982 when he retired. This enabled him to pursue full-time his “other career as an artist.” In 1983 he moved to Gainesville, Florida.
Dr. Crown worked in many different media: mezzotints, woodblocks, linocuts, etchings,
collographs, paint, and sculpture in steel, aluminum and bronze. He conducted workshops
and demonstrations, and gave lectures on the history of printmaking and on a variety of
printmaking topics and techniques.
Dr. Crown was the Founder and Director of the International Mezzotint Society. He was awarded a residency for printmaking at the prestigious Frans Masereel Center in Belgium. His works are in numerous collections across America, Canada, Japan, Europe and Russia.
