We’re so glad you’ve joined us, and we want to make your shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Below are a few guidelines to help make the sale run seamlessly for everyone.
1. How You Can Pay
• We gladly accept cash, cash app, credit, and debit cards for your convenience!
• Checks accepted with ID
2. All Sales Are Final
• We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and photos of all items, but please note that all items are sold as-is with no returns. We encourage you to take a good look before making your purchase!
3. Pickup and Loading
• Need help getting your treasures home? We ask that you arrange for pickup of your items by the end of the sale day. Don’t forget to bring any tools and extra hands you may need for larger items, as we’re unable to assist with moving.
• Extra time? If you need a little longer to collect your item, just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate!
4. Pricing and Discounts
• On the first day, all items are priced as marked. No haggling—let’s keep it fun!
• If an item you love is still around on later sale days, you might just catch a discount—keep an eye out!
5. Holding Items
• First Come, First Served: We can’t hold items unless they’re paid for, so be sure to grab that must-have piece when you see it!
• Need to pick it up later? No problem—just let us know and we can hold onto it once payment is made, but no later than the last day of the sale.
6. Sale Day Logistics
• Opening Time: We open at the posted sale hours—early birds, we love your enthusiasm but can’t let anyone in before the start time.
• Sign In Sheet: To keep things organized, we may use a sign in sheet at busier sales.
• Bag Policy: For security reasons, we ask that you leave large bags, backpacks, and purses at home or in the car. We may check smaller bags at the door—thank you for understanding!
7. Safety First
• We work hard to make the sale safe and enjoyable for everyone. However, Restless Mommas is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that might occur on the premises. Please watch your step and enjoy shopping!
• Parking: Please park safely and be mindful of any posted restrictions. We can’t be responsible for parking tickets or towing.
8. Sales Tax
• All purchases will include the applicable sales tax, unless you have a resale certificate—just let us know and we’ll take care of that!
9. Changes to the Sale
• Unexpected changes: Occasionally, we may need to reschedule or cancel a sale due to unforeseen circumstances. We’ll keep you updated!
• Item Removal: Sometimes, items may be removed from the sale if the seller decides to keep them, we try to avoid this. We’ll do our best to let you know in advance.
