Most if not all of Estate Sale providers have similar "rules" but here is a reminder:
We ask that you do not bring big purses nor back packs inside & no pets, drinks, food, etc
Also, we love kids but estate sales are not a good place for children.
If you do bring a child, Please hold them at all times --some items are one of only a few still around & could get broken by an active curious little sweetheart.
We do not allow returns. Examine before you buy. All items sold as is/where is. No refunds, returns, etc. period.
If you are buying large/heavy items, you need to plan accordingly for help to get it/move it. We don't move heavy items although if our dolly is on site you are welcome yo use it. Marty at "Sunbelt" is a great choice for moving items but you will need to arrange that around his schedule and pick up by half hour before we close. (Hours are 10-4 pm each day)
Our next sale is the weekend of Feb 17-19 in Twin Pines off University & 39th Rd--great retro mid century & a great Hammond Organ--ad is up but lots more to come when we get back over there!
and then Port Orange the weekend of Feb 24--worth the drive with tons of newer collectibles, an old child's desk & a nice piano. Very clean.
Soon after, we'll be back in Sarasota. And have sales scheduled in March & May, so check Esatesales.net & be sure to sign the new updated Email list at the sales. Thank you for attending!
