4. You are at your own risk on property and grounds.
5. No strollers, animals, food or drink or smoking permitted inside home. Wheel chairs will not fit into home. Walkers with wheels must be clean on bottom please.

Please note tenants have the right to pay off this debt and reclaim this property right up until finalization of the sale. Registration at 8am,
